This website (the “Site”) is operated by The PCS Wingman, a real estate service provided by Orlando Duarte, REALTOR® (Real Broker LLC; TX License #832433), serving military families and residential buyers and sellers relocating to San Antonio, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The content on this Site—including property listings, IDX search results, neighborhood guides, and informational articles about VA loans and PCS relocation—is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Listing information is sourced from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) via the MLS and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Property availability, status, and details are subject to change without notice.

Browsing this Site, viewing listings, or contacting Orlando Duarte through the Site does not, by itself, create a brokerage or agency relationship.
